Graham Munce: Has over ten years of real estate asset management experience. He currently manages over six million in private equity funds in the Tampa Bay area. Prior to founding uThrive we worked for a large bank in sales and in the REO department. Mr. Munce earned a B.A. in business administration from Concordia University. David McCollum: Has been in the invesment real estate industry for over 15 years. He has been involved in over 500 investment rel estate transaction. He has experience in residential and commercial transactions and hold proviate mortgages in both. He holds a degree in business from the University of Central Florida. uThrive Asset Development, LLC is located in the Tampa Bay area of Florida and provides real estate services for investors. We invest in tax liens, tax deeds, mobile home parks, small aprtment building, and single family homes. We allow investors to achieve their financial goals and objectives as they invest in income generating real estate transactions.
