A COMPANY THAT GOES AROUND WITH YOU Several changes and developments mark Rinaldi’s history. The company started operating in 1969 with the production of material for retreading. At the time, the company covered an area of 15 thousand square meters, it has 60 employees and processed 100 tons of rubber a month. In 1974 the company had already increased its production with inner tubes for the automotive, transportation and industrial lines. In 1980, by following the principles of steady growth, Rinaldi started manufacturing tires and inner tubes for motorcycling, agricultural, industrial (non-motorized) and cart lines. Ten years later, with the change in its shareholders, the company started to prioritize investments in the training of its employees and production processes even more. In 1999, Rinaldi could achieve the Accreditation of its products, the motorcycle line, by INMETRO. This achievement had also supported the pursuit of strengthening partnerships with suppliers of raw materials. Another important factor was the technological investment made in the laboratory by subjecting all products to rigorous quality control. In the following year, it was possible to experience the beginning of a new cycle of investments in applying new production technologies in order to meet the demands of the domestic and foreign markets, as well as professional training of its employees, brand fortification and especially the achievement of Certification of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015. It covers an industrial area of 35 thousand square meters, where about 700 employees work in processing 800 tons of raw materials a month, with the installed capacity, the company should reach a monthly production of 220 thousand inner tubes and 250 thousand tires.
