We utilize the latest software to track and manage our Care Managers, their cases, and the clients. Our In-house team of specialists market, hire, train, and manage our Care Managers nationally. Our company’s goal is to provide our client’s with the best possible care to help them live a healthy lifestyle. We make sure that each Care Manager provides compassionate care and has the knowledge to help our client’s make sure their living arrangements are comfortable, safe, and allow them to still have their independence. The team is led by, Dr. Sun Casana MD, who is the company’s Chief Medical Consultant. USA Healthcare Management, LLC are very experienced at their job with a minimum of 2 years experience in their specific field. We totally vet all Care Managers, not only with background checks but we also ensure that they are fully up to date with state required certificates, documents and immunizations. Our Clients/Members always have 24/7 access to our management team should any questions need to be answered or issues need to be solved while in the care of one of our Care Managers.
