Principal responsibilities include the implementation, maintenance, optimization, measurement, evaluation and reporting of multichannel marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including content and demand generation programs, email, websites, landing pages and webinars to increase brand awareness and preference, generate qualified leads, drive application submissions, and deepen customer engagement across all lines of business. Additionally, this role acts as a data steward for all records maintained across the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation platforms. The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for the tactical execution of strategic marketing initiatives to drive sales and distribution. Principal tasks include the planning, digital promotion, execution and results reporting and analysis of more than 50 product focused events per year to existing and potential clients; prospecting for new distribution opportunities; and providing account management support for key distributor relationships. Additional functions of this position include collecting and analyzing campaign results, sourcing promotional products, managing vendors, presenting program and product information to existing and potential clients, and providing tactical campaign support to senior marketing staff. Working in a high volume, multi-tasked, goal oriented, team environment, the Vice President, Information Technology is responsible for integrating long-term corporate-wide information needs with data processing activities including systems analysis, programming and computer and auxiliary operations. This position is responsible for translating corporate objectives into actuality by implementing technology solutions through delegation; communicating project status and problem areas; departmental operations and management, budgeting, system analysis, hardware/software selection, software development, and infrastructure design and operations. By ensuring effective and long-term problem resolution, the Vice President, Information Technology, partners with other US Assure leaders’ and business partners while aligning customer service with strategies and expectations. The National Sales Executive plays a significant role in the strengthening, maintenance and expansion of high profile P&C distributor relationships, as well as the identification and qualification of new high value distribution opportunities. This position serves as the lead contact for assigned distributors with ownership of profitable growth and is responsible for contributing to marketing and underwriting business teams by staying educated on products, competitors and the market in general, analyzing and summarizing sales-related data and translating that data into strategies supporting sales objectives and product development. This role also requires maintaining a network of business contacts in mid- and senior-level management positions and a history of working with these individuals to meet business needs. It is essential the National Sales Executive have a thorough command of sales tools and methods, customer relations, communication and presentation techniques, analytics and reporting. This position reports to the SVP of Marketing and Sales.
