​My name is Leiko “Koko” Bergers and I am the founder of Urban Wilderness Yoga.  I have been a practicing yoga for over 13 years.  I have been a certified yoga practitioner for 5 years, running my own classes as well of working out of various studios, gyms, medical offices, homeless shelters, and non-profits in the Tampa Bay area.  I have also had the privilege to teach at Camp Harmony in Malibu California for 2 years.  I have traveled to 38 states practicing yoga on the road. I teach yoga to all ages..... 6 months - 100 years old.  "Your work is to discover your world, and then, with all of your heart, give yourself to it”.  Practicing yoga and spreading its emotional  & physical  benefits with others is what I truly believe my “world” is.  Urban Wilderness Yoga gives yoga to people in unconventional places to enhance yoga’s accessibility to all;  I choose to name my mission after what inspires me to discover my world:  “Wilderness” ​Urban Wilderness Yoga takes yoga out of the studio by providing all inclusive classes at various locations, My business will provide on site classes aimed toward recreational relaxation for all levels; I will host workshops…. My clients will include workplaces, colleges, athletic facilities, food markets, parks, schools, and most of all parks.  Hence the name “Wilderness”.(smiley face) Urban Wilderness Yoga will be a fully equipped business vehicle that carries enough supplies to comfortably host classes up to 80 folks in any location.
