Edmundo Gonzalez co-founded Urban Partners in 2002 to specialize in the Development and Construction Management of high density urban in-fill projects. In 2007, Urban Partners Construction was established and began working as the general contractor on both residential and commercial projects. Years of solid growth required that the construction company be split into two divisions so that we could better focus and serve our clients. Prior to starting this company, Mr. Gonzalez served as Senior Developer for Dayco Holdings and Senior Project Manager for The Related Group of Florida, one the largest privately held multifamily developers in Florida. In addition to his work experience in the United States, Mr. Gonzalez has worked for two multinational real estate companies in London, UK and Madrid, Spain. As Executive Vice President and Managing Partner, Mr. Leinwohl oversees business development for both the commercial and residential divisions of our company. Ronnie Leinwohl has been with Urban Partners since the company’s inception in 2002. Prior to joining Urban Partners, Mr. Leinwohl served as Vice President for Montgomery Land Company. Mr. Leinwohl is a licensed civil engineer and worked for Kimley-Horn & Associates on over $5M of civil engineering projects. Jason has over 20 years of construction experience successfully delivering commercial projects throughout the southeast that range in size from $5M to over $30M that encompass the Office, Retail, Institutional and Special Use markets. Jason earned his degree in Building Construction from the University of North Florida and is a LEED AP. Formerly a Senior Project Manager with Elkins Constructors, Inc., Jason joined Urban Partners Construction, LLC in June 2015 as the Commercial Division Manager overseeing ongoing projects. Jason is a self-motivated professional with a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and in budget. His primary focus is on building and maintaining client relationships with day to day responsibilities that include Business Development, Preconstruction, and Operations within the Organization.
