In 2012, Uptick retained a Top 5 accounting firm to perform a 10-year assessment and verification. And in 2015, we completed an additional 3.5 year assessment and verification by the same firm. With 15 years of historical success, Uptick Software is looking to raise capital through a strategic partnership so the company can produce its own Proof of Concept. Once achieving Proof of Concept, Uptick will explore all potential opportunities. This could include a merger, collaboration with an existing company or an outright sale of Uptick’s intellectual property. Steven Roberts is the founder of newly formed Uptick Software, LLC (”US”), a software development firm aimed at developing real world solutions for trading ETF’s and stocks. Before founding Uptick Software, Mr. Roberts founded Bar Code Properties, Inc. (“BCPI”) and developed strategies for ETF’s and stocks. His previous experience includes working many years exclusively for a well-known futures trader, fund manager and a broker in the late ‘80s. Prior to that, Mr. Roberts was Vice President of a Fortune 500 company in the clothing industry. Dr. Yoskowitz brings a wealth of education (with a BA/Economics with honors from Brooklyn College, a PHD from MIT & a Fellow at the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard University), experience, talent, drive and focus to the company. Over his long and distinguished career, Dr. Yoskowitz has excelled as a real estate developer and broker, investor, builder, mortgage underwriter, planner and sales associate. Specialize in housing development and finance he has completed development projects including shopping centers, office buildings, single-family and multifamily homes. His professional work history has included senior-level positions with the Citizens’ Housing and Planning Council of New York, Phipps Houses, Frist Realty Co. of Boston, the NYC Housing Development Corporation, a partnership appointment with Garden Homes and Commercial in New Jersey; and for the last twenty years, he has served as founder and CEO of the Heritage Group of Companies of NJ and TT Heritage Companies of Sarasota/Bradenton, Florida.
