In 2015, Upshot Properties was formed to consolidate and combine all of these subsidiaries and their assets under one institutional corporate structure with a focus on its core principle and mission of achieving long term returns and growth for its investors. Our strategies for this fund are focused on capital appreciation and producing strong income streams and cash flows for our investors throughout the holding period of each such asset, while hedging against inflationary pressures in the economy. Today, this fund has assets valued at over $90 million.
