The impact of an elevated photograph is without description. You only have that initial photograph on the MLS or webpage to draw attention to the property. With many of the selling points in the rear of the property, having a photograph that can show both is important to draw the prospective buyer to look further at the listing.
With the use of Photoshop and other software, we are able when requested to improve or address issues with the property or surrounding properties. Some examples when possible are an even blue sky, parched grass spots in the winter, and unwanted items on the property or adjacent properties.
