Because you all kept asking me to. Really. I have spent years of helping literally thousands of people with nutrition and years of feeding everyone. And each person I have helped or fed has told me I needed to write a book – either one on nutrition or a cookbook filled with healthy recipes. I couldn’t decide which one to write and it finally occurred to me that the two are not independent of one another. Out of this rather obvious realization was born the idea for “Delish and Nutrish”.
