Unlimited Fill, Inc was established in 1987 by Scott and Shelly Crofut. Scott was born in Sarasota and started riding in the passenger seat of a dump truck at the age of one. Scott has literally spent his life in Site Development so his knowledge and experience in the industry are far reaching. Shelly is a State Certified Contractor and the President of Unlimited Fill, Inc. Originally, the Crofut family was known for its rich topsoil delivered to nearly every neighborhood in the Sarasota/Bradenton area. In 1987 Scott and Shelly established Unlimited Fill, Inc. to serve the commercial industry by offering complete Site Contracting services that include, land clearing, demolition, excavating, land grading, foundations, drainage systems, disaster recovery and complete commercial site management. Our residential division offers a variety of services to meet the needs of homeowners, condominium associations, and residential contractors. These services include, but are not limited to, the delivery of landscape products and their installation, land drainage and grading, French drain systems, driveway installation and design, tree removal, shoreline restoration, and other services that should only be carried out by an experienced Unlimited Fill has not grown so large that it has forgotten its residential site development customers in the Sarasota area.
