The apartments are nice and spacious and you get an excellent quality for the price you pay. The apartments have good insulation, maintenance is prompt on fixing problems and taking care of different forms of maintenance, and the office staff is responsive and helpful in registering any complaints and/or dealing with paperwork and getting you the lease information that you need. This was my first ever apartment complex experience and it has been a good one for 8 years. I have two different neighbors who have lived here for more than 10 years. This is a very quiet, small complex. It is a great place for business professionals. The maintenance staff is wonder and very prompt to fix things (usually fixed same day).
