With 20 years of information technology experience covering infrastructure management, project management, product development, team management and development, and application sales, Will’s passion is for the ever changing world and challenges of IT. His passion and leadership not only play out in his career, but outside of the office. “I am one of the founding members of a non-profit called Operation BBQ Relief. Operation BBQ Relief was born while providing meals to the people of Joplin after the tornado of May, 2011. To date, we have provided relief to 10 different disaster areas, preparing and serving over 300,000 meals. While at NRAI, Joe was fundamental to the growth of their independent director business. Joe worked with the General Counsel and outside counsel to negotiate the terms of the appointment contract. He reviewed transactional documents for potential liability and appropriate responsibilities for the independent personnel. Additionally, he responded to requests for action by the independent personnel once appointed.
With 27 years’ experience in the industry Jim has built long lasting relationships with customers both in law firms and corporations providing consultative solutions as a business partner to help them streamline tasks in the legal department through technology and services resulting in significant cost savings. After many years at CT, Jim joined NRAI during a period of rapid expansion for the company and in a short period of time built a very significant account portfolio in both law firms and corporate law departments. He was consistently ranked as a top sales executive in the country. As NRAI expanded its services, Jim successfully introduced customers to new technology tools and SAAS offerings to differentiate services and win business against entrenched market leaders. Jim made significant contributions to NRAI during his tenure including mentoring and managing new account executives.

Laurie brings more than 18 years of finance experience in both public accounting and industry. Laurie has experience in a broad range of companies including not-for-profit, software, and professional services companies. Laurie enjoys working for start-up companies and has used her experience to develop and enhance processes to help support a growing organization. On a number of occasions, Laurie has worked closely with IT as the business user to develop requirements and lead project teams to build automated systems to streamline workflow. “My goal is to help people work more efficiently through automation and to spend their time on more important things such as customer satisfaction.”
