United Forming In 2010, United Forming celebrated its silver anniversary of providing the very best in concrete construction services.  Founded in 1985, we have grown into one of the largest concrete structure builders in the country.  From our corporate offices in Austell, Georgia, we have expanded across the country successfully completing projects in 14 different states as we continue to pursue new opportunities throughout the country. Built on the broad foundation of our formwork expertise, we have developed core competencies in all aspects of the concrete construction process. United Forming United Forming provides concrete construction services throughout the southeastern United States. Many of the states have strict licensing requirements for bidding and constructing buildings within their borders. United Forming is a licensed subcontractor in every state we submit proposals or perform work.  For a complete list of State Licenses held by United Forming, In addition to subcontractor license requirements, each state sets professional engineering licensing standards as well. As a self-performing concrete structure builder, United Forming maintains an in-house professional engineering department that prepares and supervises all designed systems. All formwork, shoring and reshoring designs are prepared and supervised under the guidance of a licensed professional engineer. Consistent with United Forming’s leadership position, our engineers occupy leading roles in shaping concrete codes, specifications, and material standards that advance the concrete construction industry. Our collaborative approach and specialized expertise assure that our client’s projects are safe, economical and on time. United Forming As one of the nation’s premier concrete structure builders, United Forming has participated in the E-Verify program since 2009. The E-Verify program is often misunderstood as a pre-employment ‘screening tool’ for new applicants.  To the contrary, according to both I-9 and E-Verify regulations, employers are legally prevented on the basis of discrimination from inquiring about an applicant’s immigration status.  Only after employment has been offered, and accepted, may an employer have an employee complete an I-9 and utilize the E-Verify program.  Therefore, the I-9 and E-Verify programs work hand-in-hand as a tool for employers to verify the legitimacy of their workforce.  While no verification program is perfect, United Forming believes the continued use of the E-Verify program will assist the numerous efforts at all levels of government to assure the legal status of workers throughout the workforce.
