United American Security is led by a dynamic, energetic, team of experienced security professionals. Mr. Stephen Levine became CEO of United American Security in April 2015. Mr. Levine has spent the last thirty years serving in leadership roles within the security group sector. In 1991 he launched Allied Protection Service, a service which provides armed and unarmed guard services. Upon selling the company in 2007 to Trivest, he went on to join Allegiance Security Group, LLC as regional vice president, transitioning to the role of CEO in 2012. There he facilitated the acquisition of Allegiance Security Group, LLC by Universal Protection Services in April of 2013. Mr. Kaeser is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for United American Security. Mr. Kaeser reports directly to the CEO and is focused on building the strongest regional security guard business in the US. As the head of the Corporate Development team at UAS, Mr. Kaeser leads the company’s acquisition strategy and function. Mr. Kaeser has seventeen years of experience helping drive growth in companies across a variety of industries. He brings a depth of experience in strategy, operations and M&A, as well as a strong corporate finance and financial planning skill-set. He has closed over twenty acquisitions in his career, primarily focused on small and mid-market, privately held companies. Mr. Kaeser graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 2000. He can be reached at Mr. Carr has been the CFO of United American Security since 2010. As an integral member of the UAS executive team, Mr. Carr leads all finance, accounting and reporting functions for the company. Prior to UAS, Mr. Carr spent over fifteen years as the CFO of Lucor, Inc., one of the nation’s largest franchisees of Jiffy Lubes. Mr. Carr has over twenty years of experience as a leader within growth focused companies where best-in-class labor and staffing is a critical component of the business. Mr. Carr graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University at Buffalo School of Management, SUNY and also holds a Masters of Business Administration from James Madison University.
