Our team is here to help you achieve your goals. – With his extensive background in taxation and expertise in estate and trust, small business and management consulting, Dave is recognized in the field of Accounting for his professional excellence and within the community for his personable, caring approach to our clients and colleagues. A graduate of Missouri Western State University, Dave is a licensed CPA in Missouri and Kansas. He is a member of the Society of CPAs in both states and maintains membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. – Understanding that clients’ respect must be earned, Dave is passionate about working in partnership with his clients. With a diverse background that includes accounting, tax and managing business operations as a Chief Financial Officer, Dave has first-hand knowledge of the challenges facing small business owners and has the skills to guide his clients as their advisor and advocate. A graduate of St. Louis University with a B.S. in Business Administration in Accounting, Dave received his CPA license in 1999. – After an extensive search for the right firm to acquire his accounting and tax clients, Bob became part of the Unger & Associates team in January, 2014. Before finalizing the sale, specific requirements needed to be met. First, to serve his clients the firm he chose needed a history of excellent client service, professional expertise, and a commitment to a positive environment for clients and associates. Second, clients need to feel completely comfortable asking questions and trusting that their accountant is vested in their success. Finally, to ensure a systematic transition of account responsibility and his client’s comfort that “all is well”, Bob would choose his work schedule and final retirement date. In Bob’s words, “Here at Unger & Associates, the sharing of ideas and solutions and the openness to bounce ideas off one another is a great experience.” With more than 40 years of experience as a Public Accountant, Bob’s insights and perspectives are tremendous assets for our firm. – Through his extensive experience in audit reviews, process efficiency program development, and the operations side of investment accounting, Kevin supports our clients with operational consulting and improvement initiatives in addition to an extensive role on the firm’s book of audits. He is also the on-site information technology administrator. Kevin is a graduate of Missouri Western State University with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. – As an IRS Enrolled Agent (the highest certification given by the IRS) Diane provides tax return preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and not-for-profits. Formerly an accountant and controller in the transportation industry, she brings technical expertise, timeliness and focused commitment to her small business clients. Diane received a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Missouri Western State University. – Beth leads our front office operations. She has an extensive background in customer service, collections and business administration. Beth is committed to each of our clients providing them with timely communication and efficiency and ensuring a positive experience with our firm. – Leveraging experience in client relations, communications and recruitment, Cindy works with our clients to identify their business operations needs, strengthen their customer engagement, and increase employee engagement. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-River Falls with a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science.
