Soon after, Mike took his experience into the realm of real estate. In 2004, he capitalized on his expanding real estate portfolio by accepting an offer from the nation’s leading post-secondary education company, Tigrent, Inc. (now Rich Dad Education). Currently spearheaded by financial maverick Robert Kiyosaki, the company brought Mike on as an advisor and consultant. There he consistently ranked in the top 5% or better in sales each year. Joe’s story starts from the ground up. With no high school diploma or formal college education, he began working in the seminar industry at the age of 24. He spent 10 years with an industry-leading seminar company where he managed business units in the U.S., Canada, and UK. His continual hard work and efforts gained him additional responsibilities and several trusted positions within the company. During his time here, he soaked up as much as he could and has earned the equivalent of a masters degree in the seminar industry. In 2009, Joe decided to use his know-how to the consulting world. He now specializes in operations, turnarounds, and building aggressive growth opportunities for companies within the seminar industry. He currently consults for several of the top seminar companies in the world. He is a mastermind at taking start-ups to fully operational businesses in short periods of time.
