Here are the people behind the company:
- Zach has been an avid home brewer of beer, sake, and mead ever since he first saw Samuel Adams’s “For the love of beer” commercials featuring home brewers back in 2007. Zach originally came to Miami to pursue a PhD in philosophy at University of Miami, but the growing craft beer industry enticed him away from a life in obscure academia. Recognizing the need for community-oriented craft breweries that offer a locally inspired victuals, he decided to found Unbranded Brewing Co.
