In 2001, the Boyle family purchased United States Tent Rental including a handful of tents, tables, chairs, and one old, beat-up truck.  With hard work, dedication, and a keen eye for quality, they were able to transform that small rental business into one of the largest event rental companies on Florida’s west coast. In 2007, the company moved into a new 20,000 sq. ft. facility located in Sarasota, Florida, serving over 1,000 different customers annually. The Boyle’s attribute the company's tremendous exponential growth to listening to customers' wants and needs, and then with an attentive ear, addressing those needs with unmatched quality, service and a fair pricing model. Tim has been with the U.S. Tent Rental since its incorporation in 2001, and he specializes in Large Scale Projects and Customer Care. Tim is a natural born leader and a CERP (Certified Event Rental Professional) graduate. His insight into forecasting trends in the rental industry is incredibly valuable, and if you think that you have a nearly impossible requirement for your upcoming occasion, he will produce the most perfect, creative rental solution. Tim’s philosophy is that since we realize that the nature of this business is change, we are always ready for those last minute updates and additions that tend to pop up even on the best planned events. We want you worry free, and we will always have a solution for your last minute need to the very best of our abilities. As an honored recipient of the Frank G. Berlin, Sr. Small Business of the Year Award in 2008, Tim is completely dedicated to his community by volunteering as a Sarasota Area Sports Alliance (SASA) board member and for the wheelchair Florida Sled Hockey Team. Originally from Minnesota, Tim lives on Siesta Key by the beautiful blue water and is married to his French-born wife Nathalie. They have two adorable little boys, Christopher and Joshua. When Tim isn’t busy running U.S. Tent with his partners who are his father Brian and brother Cliff, you’ll find him chatting about sports and making excuses as to why the Vikings can’t win a Super Bowl. U.S. Tent Rental is a full service rental company and set-up is included in our pricing model. Although if prior instructions were not given to the sales staff to be placed on the order, and no one is there to accept the order, we will generally just leave everything at the job site, except for tents. Tents must be set up by U.S. Tent Rental licensed and insured employees. Yes, all our employees are covered under workman's comp, and we are fully licensed and insured should some unforeseen action occur. If you believe the crew working for you has gone above and beyond to help make your event successful, gratuities are accepted by the crew leader only and dispersed at his discretion.
