Stephen Pirri joined U.S. Renal Care in April of 2007. Mr. Pirri has more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as general manager with Baxter Renal Division, working in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to that, he was senior vice president for Gambro Healthcare for five years, managing 175 dialysis clinics and 125 acute care programs in the southeastern U.S with annual revenues of more than $400 million. He was part of a major turnaround for the company that led to divestiture to DaVita. He has also held executive level positions with Urotherapies Inc., Haemonetics Corporation and Coram Healthcare.
Jack Egan has been a senior manager of U.S. Renal Care since the company’s inception. Mr. Egan’s credentials include serving as a Sr. Vice President of Select Medical Corporation from 1997 to 2000. From 1991 to 1997, he was President/COO of RehabWorks, Inc., a subsidiary of Continental Medical Systems. From 1987 to 1991 Mr. Egan served as CFO/EVP of RehabWorks in Clearwater Florida.
Mike Huguelet joined US Renal Care in 2017 with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most recently, he served as the Chief Development Officer with NorthStar Anesthesia focused on new hospital and physician partnerships. Mr. Huguelet also served as a Vice President with DaVita leading growth efforts in both kidney care and integrated care. His prior experience includes investment banking efforts focused on M&A and capital formation, and operations consulting with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Huguelet earned his B.S. in Finance and MIS from Saint Louis University, and his M.B.A. from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado - Boulder.
James Shelton joined U.S. Renal Care in May of 2007. Mr. Shelton has more than 20 years of experience in senior healthcare management for public and privately owned companies in a variety of healthcare sectors. Most recently, he served as chief financial officer of LifeCare Holdings, Inc. a long-term acute care hospital company that operated 21 hospitals in nine states with more than $360 million in annual revenues. Prior to that, he served as chief financial officer of several healthcare companies including PharMerica, Inc., Capstone Pharmacy Services, Inc., Allied Pharmacy Management, Inc. (a subsidiary of Cardinal Health, Inc.) and National Heritage, Inc.
Brad Stoltz joined US Renal Care in February 2017. Prior to joining US Renal Care, Brad spent seven years with Tenet Healthcare in a variety of strategy and operations roles. With Tenet, Brad launched MedPost, now one of the leading Urgent Care chains in the United States. Brad also led over a dozen outpatient transactions; managed Tenet’s widely-acclaimed Path to Health outreach and enrollment campaign; oversaw Tenet’s post-acute businesses; and helped launch Tenet’s ambulatory surgery, diagnostic imaging, and freestanding emergency department businesses. Brad also coordinated the operational due diligence and integration of Tenet’s acquisition of Vanguard Health Systems, a 29-hospital system. Prior to Tenet, Brad was an Engagement Manager in the Healthcare Payors and Providers Practice with McKinsey & Company. He also spent five years as an Officer in the US Army Medical Service Corps. Brad graduated from the US Military Academy at West Point and earned an MBA from The Harvard Business School.
Cameron Thompson joined U.S. Renal Care in January 2017. Mr. Thompson has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining U.S. Renal Care, Mr. Thompson served most recently as the Executive Vice President, West Zone for Apria Healthcare. Prior to that, Mr. Thompson served as the Executive Vice President of Operations, Executive Vice President of Logistics and a number of progress senior leadership roles in the organization over his 20 year tenure with Apria Heatlhcare. Before joining Apria, Mr. Thompson served in upper management roles for two regional, privately-held home care companies. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
