PHILOSOPHY For all doctors in our network the first responsibility is to the members. With U-Plan Medical, “U” come first. We’ve created this easily accessible system so we’re accountable directly to our members and can provide them with the best possible care. During this waiting period U-Plan Medical strongly recommends that you take out and use your private insurance if available within the time following your submission to save you and your family from having to pay for any healthcare services. U-Plan Medical provides discounted fixed pricing at all contracted healthcare providers for medical services. U-Plan Medical does not make payments directly to any providers for any medical services. U-Plan Medical members are obligated to pay for all healthcare services at the time of service directly to the provider. U-Plan Medical members will receive a discount fixed price from all healthcare providers who have contracted with U-Plan Medical. Any persons shown on this website who are not explicitly identified as U-Plan medical providers or partners are neither affiliated with nor do they endorse U-Plan Medical. With the U-Plan Medical Discount Plan you are not required to renew your service before it expires. However you cannot receive access to the discounts provided by Discount Plan without a valid Membership Card. U-Plan members will be given the expiration date at the time they sign up for the Medical Discount Plan. In addition to this members will also receive a renewal notice three months before their plan is to expire. If you lose your renewal notice you must contact U-Plan medical during business hours to receive a replacement.
