Joshua received his BA in Marketing at Hofstra University, and MBA at Drexel University, where he earned a dual degree in International Business and Management Information Systems. As a Speech-Language Pathologist for many years, Stacey recognized an overwhelming need for an organization that offered a staffing element, while simultaneously providing industry expertise and guidance. Along with her husband and co-owner, Joshua, Stacey has turned that vision into the thriving, growing company that Therapy Source is today. In her role as President, Stacey oversees the management of all client and therapist relationships, is directly involved in all departments within the company and ensures that Therapy Source consistently operates according to its mantra of personalized commitment. Carole joined Therapy Source in December 2015, bringing over 20 years of experience in managing a full spectrum of human resources services and functions. Carole’s strong leadership skills and proven ability to interact with all levels of management make her an asset to Therapy Source, and a valuable resource in support of employees, and corporate business objectives. Carole has her BA in Business Administration from Lincoln University.
