All of the firms principals are LEED® accredited professionals and Bui Wei is a Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA). This allows TWR to use its extensive knowledge to bring a project from the initial schematic design through construction and LEED Certification, while allowing us to commission the energy efficiency and accuracy throughout the project. He specializes in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects located in Florida and throughout the Caribbean and South America. His most recent ventures include undertakings in hotels, hospitals, schools, office buildings, shopping centers, high-rise condominiums, factories/warehouses, single-family homes, restaurants, assisted living facilities and various parking structures. His areas of expertise also include Energy Code Compliance Calculations, Building Energy Performance Studies, Residential Building Energy Ratings, Building System Commissioning and Building Mechanical System Cost Estimates. Bui possess a strong background in all phases of engineering work including: design, construction documents and administration of construction services.
