WELCOME TO TWISTED IRON FITNESS and I have made Physical Fitness MY LIFE. I have had the help from positive, energetic people in the fitness industry as well as my loving family supporting my dreams, goals and desires. It doesn’t happen overnight but I know if I can make a change you can do it too. I am confident that I can help anyone who seriously wants to change their lifestyle, physical appearance, physical abilities, and mindset. If you want to improve yourself physically and mentally, then Twisted Iron Fitness is the place for you! I keep my clients accountable and motivated to help achieve their fitness goals. My Workouts are always different and conducted in a private setting so you have one on one attention and you don’t ever have to feel uncomfortable or intimidated. Every Client receives a Sports Assessment and Nutrition Plan made specifically for them. We believe in a balanced nutrition plan along with a diversified training regimen. I like the look of muscle definition and wanted to see that in myself once again so I inquired about training and set up an evaluation. When I went in to meet Kat for the first time I was greeted by a very energetic and physically fit Kat. She looked how I wanted to look and she was my age so I knew she could help me achieve my goals. She gave me meal plans to help achieve my weight loss and continues to give me meal plans to help keep the weight off or build muscle mass. I love working out with Kat as I never know what we will be doing whether Sparticus Training, Weight Training, HITT Routines or a combination of all the above. We very rarely repeat any workouts so they are always new and challenging. She is very energetic and enthusiastic which also helps with motivation during workouts.
