I came to Connie Bolak with Warner Quinlan from a very bad management experience with my former property management company who were a small family run business, but did not seem to know how to manage properly. As soon as Connie started managing my accounts, not only did she turn my units around in less than 2 months from being delinquent on rents to current, but I’m now receiving more rental income then I ever have since I’ve owned my investment properties. I’ve never been happier and I now feel like I don’t have to constantly worry each month if I will get my rent in as I have someone I can trust with my investment. I have kept the property in great condition, and Graham has responded to all my requests to help solve issues with the property and the gated community. Before I moved into the property Graham made sure the walls were properly painted and that any broken blinds were replaced. Over the past year Graham has helped to quickly resolve issues with repairs such as a damaged roof and a cut porch screen. He has even helped me make requests to the HOA for trash to be removed from the community pond and helped deal with tenant illegal parking issues. My neighbor had a property manager from a different company take forever to paint a door and fix a problem with water coming into the house. My neighbor has moved now to get away from the problem.
