Truland Homes was established in 2011 in Spanish Fort, AL by its founder and CEO Nathan Cox. He felt there was a need in the region for a company built around people of integrity with the drive to create something special together. Truland was founded during some of the darkest times of the Great Recession when it seemed with each passing day another builder was closing its doors and financing was all but impossible to obtain. It fought through and not only survived, but thrived because of the talent and persistence of the people brought into the Truland family during the early stages to serve as the foundation for success for decades to come.
