Mr. Quesenberry has over 25 years of experience in the supervision and inspection of construction projects involving transportation, site development and painting projects. He has extensive experience with all phases of highway construction and is considered an authority on painting steel structures. He has spent most of his career working with the Ohio Department of Transportation on construction and coating inspection contracts. He also has specific experience working with other transportation agencies such as the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. He has been working on ODOT projects as an Inspector or Project Manager since 1990. He has performed Project Manager duties in Districts 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 and central office on statewide inspection contracts. He has also served as an instructor and provided bridge painting inspection training courses for ODOT Engineers and Inspectors as well as other DOT agencies. Other duties include overseeing TIS’ inspection program, coatings management/inspection, failure analysis, and daily progress documentation and construction coordination between the contractor, client and design engineer.
