Troy Dean Ippolito is the founder and owner of Troy Dean Interiors, a full service, turnkey company that creates custom design homes and condominiums. As the CEO and Creative Director of the company, he spearheads every single project the firm undertakes. Today, Troy Dean Interiors operates from a new “smart” facility in Hallandale Beach, Fla. Mr. Ippolito’s background in real estate development, individualized custom builds and interior design makes him unique to the design and build industry. His company is the only true design and build companies in the industry. A native Floridian, Mr. Ippolito learned about the South Florida marketplace during his childhood, being the son of a highly successful builder and developer. He cultivated his passion for the world of design at the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Architectural and Structural Engineering. Upon graduation, he attained his general contractor’s license through the Construction Industry Licensing Board of the State of Florida and immediately launched his own construction company. Since then, Mr. Ippolito achieved much success in building custom homes, multi-unit residential projects, as well as developing many custom estates. He developed many successful residential communities, being responsible for the developing, designing, building and sales of each project totaling about 300 properties in South Florida. As each new project was completed, his love for interior design and architectural design grew. Combining his knowledge of design, architecture, and engineering with his background in construction, Mr. Ippolito launched Trend Design + Build in 2005 to collaborate of all of his interests. His company specializes in everything from the construction of new luxurious high end estates to astonishing condo renovations ranging from $250,000 into the millions. The company’s projects feature the highest level of design boasting the finest finishes and custom furnishings.
