The Lower Keys, located between Marathon and Key West is an ideal location because its less frequented by visitors, the reef diving here is spectacular, particularly at the Looe Key National Marine Sanctuary, as are the sandy beaches in Bahia Honda State Park. Offshore fishing in this area of the Florida Keys coral reef is excellent.
