Prior to founding Tritel Concierge Medicine, Dr. Tritel practiced Internal Medicine/Primary Care at Internal Medicine Associates in Fort Myers since 2004.  Director of Nursing & Business Development Lisa serves as the Director of Nursing and Business Development for Tritel Concierge Medicine. She wears multiple hats at TCM. She is a dedicated patient advocate for inpatient care. She also teaches balance and exercise classes. Tritel Concierge Medicine Member Benefits We understand that being hospitalized can be a daunting and stressful experience, so we take every measure to keep our members out if possible. To ease some of the burden and make your treatment more effective, efficient, and seemless, as a member of TCM, we will help coordinate your hospital care. Your TCM membership card will have Dr. Tritel's cell phone number, allowing the hospital and emergency room doctor to reach him immediately. Dr. Tritel will visit you daily if you are admitted to the hospital and help coordinate your care amongst your specialists. He has privileges at four local area hospitals. Lisa, our dedicated patient advocate, will help you with anything that you need during your stay and will always be in your corner. We will make sure that all of your followup instructions and care are clear to you and arranged for after you are discharged. Dr. Tritel and his team are ready to provide you with a personal healthcare experience tailored to your medical, health, and wellness needs. Patient education is essential to your medical, health, and wellness outcomes, which is why we place a major emphasis on it. We offer regularly scheduled lectures that are open members, guests of members, and non-members. Classes are taught by Dr. Tritel, TCM staff, outside physicians, and other individuals that can make a difference in your health and wellness. They also provide an opportunity for TCM mebers, guests, and propsective members to socialize. At TCM, we have developed a network of sub-specialists of the highest caliber in order to coordindate and expedite care for our members. In order to part of our network, sub-specialists must align with TCM's mission, vision, values, and member goals and provide the highest quality of care available. Our network is not limited to physicians. It includes sub-specialtists such as physical therapists, home health providers, pharmacists, and other relevant health and wellness practitioners. We provide nutrition, non-pharmacologic weight loss, and diet counseling and physical fitness assessments with personal training referrals.
