We just returned from our first family vacation to Disney World. We booked all of our reservations through TripGuy, and worked extensively with Alexis. Alexis facilitated the entire process and she was so very sweet and prompt every step of the way. In addition to booking airfare, hotel reservations, transfers, magic bands, and park tickets, Alexis assisted us with amazing recommendations for fast passes and character dining. Disney offers endless possibilities and Alexis helped to hone in on our "must do's" and created a spectacular itinerary. Our itinerary was so thoughtful in terms of location of activities within the parks, to timing of events, etc. Disney can be a very exciting, yet exhausting place, and Alexis allowed for built in breaks for the little ones, as well as the parents :o) Upon arrival at Disney as well as returning home, Alexis routinely checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. When we needed to make a last minute change to our itinerary, Alexis worked effortlessly to assist, sort of like our own fairy godmother. I have never experienced such a professional and wonderful experience when traveling. My HUSBAND and I just got back from our honeymoon at Sandals Antigua! It was our first all inclusive resort and it was absolutely amazing. Melissa helped us from start to finish with brainstorming where to go, booking, and even being sure to check in on us to make sure our trip was running smoothly. The entire process was stress free and Melissa was able to work with our budget and endless questions. There is nothing I would change- Melissa was great and helped to make our honeymoon one for the books !! TripGuy is AMAZING! We were nervous at first to work with a travel agent from out of town, but it was one of the best decisions we made in the wedding planning process. Mitch was SO responsive and knowledgable about traveling. My husband and I were planning a destination wedding in Mexico and Mitch found us a great location at a great price. Unfortunately, we did not end up having our destination wedding. I was worried Mitch would be upset with the amount of work we had put into the planning of the destination wedding, and believe me he put in a ton of work, but he wasn't at all. Mitch helped us find the perfect location for our honeymoon!! There are not enough kind words to say about Mitch and his whole team. Everyone was GREAT! I have to give a special Thank You to Alexis! We got married on April 30th 2017 at the Rose Hall Suites in Montego Bay Jamaica (Iberostar). We reached out to TripGuy about 18 months before our wedding date to start the process of securing the perfect venue. We had 64 guests ranging in age of 13 mons (our son) to 71 years old. We needed a place that was family friendly while also offering an fabulous escape for my friends leaving their kiddos behind for a child free adventure. Mitch nailed it with this recommendation.
