Prior to coaching, Marie was President and CEO of Preferred Solutions Inc, a Healthcare IT staffing and training company. At the helm since 2002, Marie developed a reputation with clients and employees alike for her strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Under her strategic leadership, Preferred grew from 5 million to 25 million in revenue in just 5 years. Marie holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Northwood University. She is also a 2015 graduate of the “Entrepreneurial Master’s Program” completed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) which features a leadership-based curriculum focused on scaling businesses, covering the six fundamental areas: Management, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing & Sales, Operations, and Research & Development.
