Company History Trim-Mill, Inc. was started in 2000 to be a supplier to our other company S&J Miller Construction. S&J Miller Construction has worked in residential and commercial construction in the Central Florida region for over 25 years. Building strong ties with some of the areas top General Contractors. After Trim-Mill, Inc. started supplying projects with S&J Miller as the installer it was quickly realized that the projects were much easier to control and schedule. With Trim-Mill, Inc. as the supplier the cost savings were able to be passed on to the general contractor's and ultimately the owners. These two company's together have since completed many projects consisting of new construction and renovations of apartment complexes, assisted living facilities, time-share buildings, and hotels along with luxury suites in 5 star hotels around the country.
