With twenty-five years of operational and management experience, Mr. Moss approaches business challenges with an intrinsic knack for innovation, creative problem-solving, and risk assessment driving outstanding customer experiences and shareholder returns.
Mr. Moss is co-founder, CEO, and a member of the Board of Managers of Tribalco. As Tribalco’s Chief Executive, he oversees the strategic direction of Tribalco and is responsible for corporate governance. Mr. Moss earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Boston University's School of Management, and a law degree from the University of Baltimore. He is an active supporter of numerous local and national charities.
Mr. Stern is co-founder, President, and a member of the Board of Managers of Tribalco, where he oversees the company's executive management team. Mr. Stern has a history of successfully leading enterprises from concept to mature operational status. He received an MBA from Emory University, and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.
A hands-on CFO, Mr. Adams leverages over 20 years of financial and accounting experience to shape, refine, and drive Tribalco's financial vision and growth strategies
As Tribalco's Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Adams oversees the company's finance, accounting, human resources, and corporate IT functions. Prior to joining Tribalco, Mr. Adams worked for leading defense and aerospace companies, including serving as CFO and Senior Vice President of the Services and Solutions Group for QinetiQ North America, and Vice President of Finance at SAIC. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Clark University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York, Buffalo.
Ms. Friedman is a performance leader known for building highly resilient business operations and management teams.
As Tribalco's Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Friedman oversees global operations and guides the company's strategic plan. She is an agent of change, having led certification of Tribalco’s CMMI®, ISO® and QUEST™ quality management programs, as well as chairing the operating committee overseeing the continuous improvement of Tribalco’s project management methodology and systems.
Ms. Friedman has over twenty years of experience working in telecommunications and IT industries. Before joining Tribalco, Ms. Friedman was Vice President of Portfolio & Program Management for Discovery Communications. Prior to Discovery, she was a Partner with Accenture, responsible for business strategy definition, new product market entry, and business development. Ms. Friedman received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from George Washington University.
A dynamic sales leader, Mr. Castro leverages his strategic and technical insights to drive Tribalco's business initiatives, optimize its sales processes, and expand its global footprint into new markets and geographies.
Mr. Castro has been with Tribalco since 2008. As Senior Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Operations, Mr. Castro oversees the company’s business development and operations teams across the globe. His leadership style and industry expertise have enriched Tribalco’s quality of service and enhanced the company's ability to integrate new technologies and adapt to rapidly changing customer landscapes.
Founded in 2004, Tribalco’s original focus was on providing telecommunications services to the U.S. government. A year later, we became an international company upon award of a contract to provide network administration and security services for the U.S. Army in Iraq. Since that time, our successful delivery of thousands of large-scale projects with broad scopes of capabilities has enabled us to capture very complex work and significantly expand our customer base of federal and civilian customers.
In 2012, we added solider survival expertise to our growing information technology and telecommunications business lines. Headquartered in Tampa, FL, our soldier survival division is run by former Special Operations Forces medics with combat experience.
Today, Tribalco engineers advanced information technology, telecommunications, and solider survival solutions for military and civilian customers worldwide. We are a highly respected mid-tier systems integrator that has been awarded prime contracts for all branches of the armed services, multiple federal civilian agencies, and a variety of state, local, and international government customers.
