GoodWorks@TU service mission We support GoodWorks@TU through companywide partnerships, local activities and supporting individual activities that our associates care about. In the U.S., we support financial education through work with Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) and Junior Achievement. In addition, we're supporting the Child Rescue Coalitions’ efforts to use information to protect children and supporting several education initiative. In 2016, we made a serious investment in associates’ career development when we hired a dedicated, in-house career advisor to help equip our people with the tools they need to own and advance their careers at TU. At every level, managers play a crucial role in leading our people, and in turn, driving our mission forward each and every day. In 2016, we launched three training programs to equip managers with the critical skills they need to manage others successfully. Whether associates have been here for one day or three months, our goal is to provide them with the resources they need to assimilate into our company with ease. In 2016, we implemented changes to our onboarding program in order to enhance the experience for new associates.
