E.G. Harvin has been a self-employed business owner for over forty years and had dealt with hundreds of employees, both his as well as those from his friend’s businesses. E.G. is now president and CEO of the Insurance Associates of the Palm Beaches, Inc. E.G. is very well qualified when it comes to knowing what traits are missing in the lives of employees. E.G. wrote this book because he has a real passion for children. He feels strongly that our junior and high schools across the country could and should be doing more, not only to prepare our children for the work place but for life in general.
