After retiring from the USAF, Matt developed & managed the training programs for several organizations in the civilian sector. He has spoken to and/or worked with, countless Managers, Directors, and CEOs that have struggled with organizing and developing a solid training program, and have become frustrated with the available options. He’s also attended multiple training seminars that have struggled to provide any meaningful information or impact. In January of 2018, he founded Training Empowered, LLC to share his knowledge & experience with the people that matter most; The seasoned experts actually DOING the job!
