In September 2017, TractManager acquired Hayes, one of the most respected sources of evidence-based technology assessments and unbiased advisory services in healthcare. Each division was a privately held company before it was acquired by the private equity firm, Arsenal Capital: MediTract in 2013, MD Buyline in 2014, Hayes in 2017. Chief Executive Officer, TractManager Healthcare veteran Bill Donato joined TractManager early in 2017. He has held strategic senior executive positions with Johnson & Johnson and the Cleveland Clinic. Most recently, he was Vice President Strategic Account Management for Depuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company. Patrick Flynn became Chief Technology Officer for TractManager in 2017 after more than 20 years of executive experience with global technology organizations. Baystate Health required a faster, more streamlined method of reviewing, approving, and storing contracts. MediTract helped them digitize all agreements, consolidate and oversee vendors, and developed configurable alerts and custom fields that dramatically improved efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting. SSM Health did not have all 18 facilities under the existing vendor transcription contract.
