Kirk has extensive experience as both an attorney and as a businessman, including substantial operations and legal experience with construction and development in the renewable energy industry, business operations/personnel matters, and real estate. During his past 26 years of legal practice, he has worked extensively with contracts and transactions. Additionally, he has been a construction manager for numerous wind projects, all over 100 MW with budgets in excess of $150 million. His proactive style and attention to detail results in a coordinated approach which helps ensure each project is successful. He has nineteen years of experience as a litigation attorney including jury trial, court trial, and arbitration.
