Tower Inspection, Inc. (TII), incorporated in 1962, has been performing inspection, maintenance and installation of towers and related antennas on a worldwide basis since its inception. End customers include the US Navy, the US Coast Guard, the US Air Force, and NOAA, among others. Our crews work from coast to coast and overseas on all types of towers from 15′ transmisometer towers at airports to 1500′ VLF towers used for submarine communications. Our firm holds a QP1 certification through the SSPC and we are members of the National Association of Tower Erectors and participants in the NATE Star safety initiative. We are very well equipped with all equipment necessary to perform maintenance and inspection on towers of all heights. Our Mission Mr. Lehman joined Tower Inspection, Inc. in 1982 and became President in 1993. His extensive experience consists of inspection, maintenance, and construction of towers across North and South America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Lehman is skilled at, and accustomed to, working with both civilian and government organizations. And he is Tower Inspection’s contract administrator for all government communication and defense projects. Mr. Bayless joined Tower Inspection, Inc. in 1988. As a vice president, Mr. Bayless shoulders a wide range of responsibilities, some of which include: generating new business, estimating, managing ongoing construction and repairs, and inspecting completed projects. Mr. Bayless’s background also includes extensive experience in drafting, production, customer service, and inventory and materials management. Mr. Nickels joined Tower Inspection, Inc. in 1993. His expertise is in systems analysis, technical writing and tower inspection. He also has extensive experience in designing and administering communication systems. The military and some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world utilize his work. Mrs. Moore joined Tower Inspection in April 2010 as an Administrative Assistant,receiving a promotion to Project Manager in May 2011. She has since managed various tower inspection and maintenance projects for the United States Coast Guard, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and United States Air Force. Sarah prepares proposal documents and was instrumental in obtaining a multi-year IDIQ contract with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for inspection and maintenance of NEXRAD towers worldwide. Sarah has also managed logistics for overseas shipments of tools and materials. Mr. Durdella joined Tower Inspection, Inc. in 2009. He handles project management and engineering for several government clients. He is skilled in all aspects of site development, engineering, design, construction, and turnover of major capital projects for large corporations both domestically and internationally. Davi joined Tower Inspection in May of 2015. He has over 14 years of experience in the US and Brazil and graduated from Universidade Mogi das Cruzes in Brazil with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has diversified skills in structural and steel design, concrete design, foundations and pre-stressed concrete. Davi has experience in design and consulting services in the telecommunications industry as well as development of new products and software for design of steel structures. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Mr. Flores joined the Tower Inspection team in February of 2015. Eduardo graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors degree in Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Construction Management. Eduardo has worked on various commercial construction projects, such as, residential student housing, a high school, and office buildings. Eduardo currently serves as a Project Manager. Russell Edwards Mr. Edwards joined the Tower Inspection team in October of 2014. Mr. Edwards has played a key role in our Quality Control Program. Prior to joining our team, Russell received a degree in Residential & Commercial Construction from Meridian Technology Center. He then attended Oklahoma State University, securing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduating from OSU in 2012, he started working in the telecommunications industry. Although relatively new to Quality Control, Russell has received various certifications in the field, and is eager to contribute to our excellent reputation. Mr. Collins first started working for Tower Inspection, Inc. in May of 2003. Raymond has been erecting towers for sixteen years. He has extensive experience in erection, demolition, painting, inspection and maintenance of guyed and self-supporting towers and monopoles. Mr. Hays joined the Tower Inspection, Inc. team in January of 2017 and serves as our Safety and Environmental Manager. He came to us from the United States Army where he displayed a performance driven track record in a variety of disciplines and environments, which is further supported by his Master of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health. Bryan has both domestic and International experience managing all aspects of the Safety and Environmental Program for our tower crews worldwide. Mr. Gardner joined the Tower Inspection team in April of 2017. Aaron has over 15 years of industry experience in fabrication and manufacturing. Aaron’s primary role has been in Project Management and a liaison between engineering and fabrication output. As a certified professional in SolidWorks, Aaron’s forte is in the application of parametric solid modeling for mechanical design.
