Reverend Dave Ruth, Th.D. is president of Touched Lives, Inc., founded in 1994, as a counseling ministry serving the Tampa Bay area. Dr. Ruth has been providing biblical counseling and discipleship training for over 35 years in the United States and as a missionary in Asia and South America. Dr. Ruth is joyfully married and the father of six grown children. Dr. Ruth has earned a B. S. in Education, Masters in Bible and Cross-cultural Missions, Masters of Divinity in Biblical Counseling and a Doctorate of Theology. Dr. Ruth has served as a Christian Counselor, Pastor, Youth Director, Founder and Director of two International Christian schools, Missionary, Teacher and Sports Evangelist. Touched Lives is a 501-C3 not-for-profit ministry organization. Those making contributions may be able to take the amount of their donation off their income tax. Touched Lives never charges a fee for service for counseling. Touched Lives seeks sponsors who will support the ministry monthly so that anyone who is unable to make a contribution may receive help.
