We will work together to achieve your ultimate health and well-being.  Tucked away on the Frazier Creek, Touch of Life Spa is an oasis centrally located and easy to find in beautiful downtown Stuart. Greeted by friendly faces and a fresh atmosphere, it's my go-to for a quiet and relaxing afternoon. I have received Manuel Lymph Drainage treatments for a shoulder injury that I believe helped in my healing process tremendously. I also received Swedish and hot stone massages on a regular basis during my pregnancy that were heavenly. Post pregnancy I've been able to work through changes in by body by utilizing the new skin care products and facials along with some reflexology, all of which have been a great help in all the transitions that happen after one gives birth.
