Our weekly rates also do not include taxes or other fees, or the departure-cleaning fee. The Weekly Rates are based on the Vacation Rental Model for condominiums as these are privately owned condominiums. To keep our rates as low as possible, the Weekly Rates do not include daily housekeeping services. We furnish the condo with basic supplies to get you started, and then, for the duration of your stay, you provide your own supplies & amenities (except for toilet paper, which we will leave a large supply for your use). Most of our guests prefer this arrangement and appreciate the savings. However, for your comfort and convenience, optional housekeeping services are available upon request. Please ask for details when you book your reservation. All Daily Weekly rates are subject to change without notice. Discounts may not be combined.
Upon request from the guest, a daily housekeeping tidy-up service is available. This consists of making beds, vacuuming, mopping floors, providing clean towels and refurbishing the amenities (such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, toilet paper etc.). If you don’t want a tidy-up, housekeeping can just provide a bag with fresh towels & amenities. Just let us know when you check in. For your convenience and comfort, guests with Weekly Rates may request daily housekeeping services for an extra charge.
Our Check-In Time is 4:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 PM, please call our office to make arrangements. Our Check-Out Time is 11 AM. We ask you to please observe our Check-In and Check-Out Times so we can prepare the units properly and avoid delays for our incoming guests. To make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible, we provide a changing room and free beach towels for you to use if you arrive before the Check-In Time or wish to stay beyond the 11:00 AM departure. Just ask for assistance and availability at the Front Desk.
Designated units are available for pets, provided your pet will not disturb your neighbors. There is a limit of two pets per unit, with a 75-pound weight limit per pet. Additional fees and taxes apply. Please call us for details and to make your reservation.
All our units are fully furnished in an elegant, yet relaxed, tropical style, and include linens and kitchen cutlery, glassware and china. In units with full kitchens (most of them), we also provide pots and pans and other cooking utensils - all the basics you´ll need to prepare your meals. There´s a good Publix Supermarket on the Island just five minutes away, with fresh produce, meat and fish, as well as good cheeses, take-out items, and a fairly complex choice of wines. There are also a few convenience stores and many wonderful restaurants within walking distance of Tortuga. If you like, ditch the gas-guzzler and take the free Island Trolley, which runs from one end of the Island to the other at 20-minute intervals between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM.
