Our Mission Statement Since 1962, Todd Claim Service, Inc. has been doing business as independent adjusters and investigators in the Northwest Florida region and is owned and operated by W. Scott Todd as a family business. Our firm is comprised of four full-time all-lines insurance claim adjusters, as well as a trained and qualified administrative support staff. It is the philosophy of Todd Claim Service that by determining and fulfilling the specific needs of each client company, we gain their respect, trust and naturally, their continued business. We also understand that by meeting all the requirements of each assignment and reporting with expediency, this allows the company examiner to meet their own guidelines and deadlines with respect to negotiations and maintaining appropriate reserves. TCS understands the importance of adequate photo documentation of the fire damage, contents, and determining the origin of loss in each claim. Our firm has the resources to conduct a full course of origin study if needed. We will do whatever it takes to make sure that we have fully inspected and assessed each claim correctly the first time. We utilize the latest technology to conduct each claim. We will complete the claim using Xactimate or Symbility depending on your agencies preference. Serving the Northwest Gulf Coast Region of Florida from Tallahassee through Pensacola and all cities and towns in between. The firm has been a continuous family run operation for the last 55 years. Currently it is being managed by William’s sons W. Scott Todd and Charles Todd with the aid of their longtime Office Manager Karen Goudelock and General Claim Adjuster Ted Abbott. Our adjusters leverage and utilize the latest technologies to speed up the claims process for each of our clients. All our staff are certified and proficient in Xactimate and Symbility to help maximize efficiency and improve claim performance. He is a graduate of Auburn University and is the former Vice President of the National Association of Independent Adjusters (NAIIA). William received his training from Crawford & Company, Casualty Training School; International Institute of Loss Adjusters and Circuit Civil Mediation Training. Prior to starting the firm he has worked for GEICO and Federated National. Scott is a graduate of the University of West Florida and received his technical training at Southern Farm Bureau Technical School. He has been licensed in Florida as an All-Lines Adjuster since 1982 and has extensive experience with high dollar losses. He also holds Non-Resident licenses in Alabama and Georgia. Prior to his 32 years tenure with the firm, Scott has worked for American International Group and Sewell, Todd & Broxton, Inc. Charles is a graduate of Florida State University and received his technical training at Vale Tech and ITTI. He has been licensed in Florida as an All-Lines Adjuster since 1984 and specializes in Property claims. Charles also is a licensed Georgia Non-Resident Adjuster. In addition to his 19 years of experience with Todd Claim Service, Inc. he has also worked for Nationwide Insurance, Travelers Insurance, Florida Department of Insurance and Elliott Claim Services during his long career. Karen has been with the firm for 26 years serving as the Office Manager, All Lines Adjuster and Catastrophe Operations Supervisor. She attended Louisiana State University and received her technical training at Life Office Management Association. She went on to become an instructor for Life Office Management Association of part 1: Basic Principles. Karen has extensive experience working for Savings Life Insurance Group, Herbert-Simon Financial Planning, and Trinity Universal Companies prior to joining Todd Claim Service, Inc.
