TLM Motorsports first opened their doors in 2000 in Apopka, Florida. Recently relocated to Cumming, Georgia, TLM Motorsports is your neighborhood automotive repair, restoration and performance center. Owner, Tony Michelet, has been in the automotive business for more than 30 years. He began his career in a local dealership in Winter Park, Florida. After a 15 year career in the dealership, Tony went on to become an instructor at Oviedo High School. This career change produced two award winning student automotive teams that qualified two consecutive years for the National Automotive Dealers Skill Set Competition - a first for Oviedo High School. Tony then went on to work as a GM instructor at Seminole Community College's ASEP Program for several years. He left teaching to open TLM Motorsports in 2000. Tony has been an ASE Master Certified Technician for 25 years with the ASE L-1 Endorsement. He is also Master Certified by GM/Chevrolet. Tony's experience includes automotive restoration, performance work, engine and transmission rebuilding, as well as general and routine maintenance.
