Public accounting work comprises of preparing reviewed and compiled financial statements and the handling of all governmental compliance filings including all business and individual taxation both on the federal and state level. General business consulting involves multi-state tax planning, consultations regarding the purchasing of computer equipment and computer networking. Mr. Vitarelli has held positions as divisional and corporate controller working with publicly traded retail businesses with multi-state store locations. Experience also includes work with Security Exchange Commission filings such as quarterly 10-Q’s; 8-k’s and annual 10-K reports. Mr. Vitarelli’s corporate controller experience also includes the managing of divisional financial information for Informational Technology (IT) firms. Division reporting issues such as project labor capital expenditures, annual budgets, corporate capacity analysis and inbound/outbound client reporting. Mr. Vitarelli has several years experience with a highway and heavy construction business as controller involving job costing and job estimates. A related subsidiary company was a limestone quarry and blacktop manufacturer utilizing process costing and inventory estimating. Types of businesses the firm currently provides services to include professionals such as doctors, lawyers and psychologists; general contractors; multi-location retail businesses; consultants; insurance; real estate; mortgage companies; clubs; churches and professional musicians and studios. Firm Hobbies: including street cruisers and dirt biking. The firm sponsors motorcycling excursions every summer to the mountains of West Virginia and Western Pennsylvania. collector of Scale O Gauge trains manufactured by MTH, Lionel, Atlas, Williams, Weaver and K-Line. The firm’s current train layout is fifteen feet by nine feet and of course is always under construction. We collect only 1:48 scale O gauge trains concentrating on the Reading Railroad. The firm participates in areas of team building activities including motorcycle riding, sports and model trains. These activities allow the team to blow off steam and focus on keeping you on track.
