Collaborate with manager to maintain sales goals and review them regularly to ensure resources are being deployed most effectively to achieve individual and company goals. In collaboration with TIVA leadership, implement necessary communication mechanisms to ensure that the practices are provided with up-to-date information on TIVA performance, service standards, policies, procedures and initiatives. in our Regional Service Center in Plantation, FL. You will be responsible for credentialing physicians and allied health providers. Provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the clinical recruitment team which includes Provider Recruiters, Staff Recruiters and Staffing Coordinators to support to Hiring Managers across the organization. This position reports to the Director of Production and will also have responsibility in the development of strategic and comprehensive clinician recruitment plans in accordance with the needs and goals of the client and staff.
