We here at Tiny Tulip feel that it is very important for our customers to able to speak with a live person when they have questions.  Whether that be a question about a product before you place an order, or a question about an order that you have already placed.  That is why we provide our customers with a toll free number where we can be reached during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.  We are closed on the weekends & holidays, as we are a family run company that supports our employees spending weekends & holidays with their families. If you are calling during normal business hours, 9:30-5:30 Monday- Friday, EST and we do not answer the phone, then we are either on the other line with a customer, or momentarily away from our desks.
