I like your 3 step process. I didn’t say anything during the teleclass because I know other callers already know the process since this was not your fist class. In particular, I think it is important that you suggested leaning into the snags in our lives, what you called the no, looking at the event and asking why it is in our lives. Sometimes positive thinking implies ignoring issues or retreating, and I personally think your process works bet… I made a phone call to a friend that I had not spoken to in about 2 months this morning. Thought I would share something…. Of course she asked how I was doing and to her as well. after several minutes she chimed in and said you must be doing really well. I asked why……………….. she said I sounded calm, not frazzled and hurried like usual. So this thing we are doing is working. I have decided that we are creating “Certainty in myself!!!” ….
