This is the quote that sits next to my senior picture in the high school yearbook. I wasn’t sure why this quote resonated with me at the time, but it’s appealed to me more and more over the years. As an artist I’ve always seen things from my own unique perspective. I know we are all guilty of looking in the mirror and just seeing flaws. That may be how we see ourselves but that is  I believe in finding the beauty in all living things, big and small, and I am passionate about capturing it from my point of view. Life is chaos and craziness, ups and downs, but it is lovely and every day we have is a gift. The sleepless nights may seem endless, but that precious newborn will grow up in the blink of an eye.
